Excellent scissoring & finishing is a must, experience with all breeds of dogs and cats. Must be motivated, professional and have good people skills. Must be able to provide excellent customer service. Applicants must love working with people and have a great respect for pets. This person is involved in all aspects of pet care for the dogs, cats and exotic pets that lodge at Stone Mountain Pet Lodge. Stone Mountain Pet Lodge invites and encourages Vet Techs to apply for this position. In addition to basic animal care (feeding, watering, cleaning) a Pet Care Technician must be able to: - Assess to identify aggressive, geriatric and /or special needs animals and be able to handle them appropriately -Observe and document animal behavior accurately -Monitor animals for symptoms of illness or distress and communicate this effectively to the charge Lead -Understand the need for a clean and sanitary facility and maintain this standard -Handle dogs and cats in a variety of situations -Keep the well being and comfort of our lodging animals as the highest priority Part time and full time positions available.

Hiring Obedience Trainers for Blaine and Brooklyn Park locations. Sit, down, stay and come! If this is your area of expertise, this is the position for you! This person must be motivated, professional, and have good communication skills. Organization, responsibility and leadership skills are a must! This position would include teaching basic classes such as Puppy Kindergarten and Obedience classes. Previous Obedience training experience of at least 2+ years is desired.
